Helen Spencer is an experienced podiatrist providing expert podiatry and advanced foot care treatments at Heel & Sole Podiatry Qualifying in Cardiff in 1996 with a BSc (Hons) in Podiatry.

Helen has over 30 years of clinical experience and is known for delivering professional, personalised care in a welcoming and modern environment.

Throughout her career, Helen has worked within the NHS and in respected private clinics, including as Podiatrist and Director at Faringdon Wellbeing Clinic in Faringdon, Oxfordshire, and as a Podiatrist at Dyer St Clinic in Cirencester.

Her extensive experience allows her to provide expert treatment tailored to each patient’s individual needs.

Helen combines advanced clinical knowledge with the latest treatment technologies to provide effective care for a wide range of foot conditions.
